Mine is slightly more interactive than most (it has popup action bars) and dual items in same locations depending on situation so it requires two images

My UI, and details:



At the top left, the tooltip. Beneath it my Shadowfiend/Pet bar if it exists, then myself. You can see Grid, where I use Clique on it to do most of my healing, then chat.

Bottom middle is where I use Bartender to arrange all my skills. Just above that is my cast bar, which I use Quartz for since Quartz takes into account latency/lag.

To the bottom-right is omen, recount, and whatever other windows I want to have open. (Typically Carbonite's mini-map lies between omen and recount). Just above this, right about where Kordahn and his star mark are standing, is my target bar. Beneath them is their own target, and above is my focus.

I use Sunn Viewport to get that unique look, where the very bottom of my screen is clear of any game world, leaving it for only things like recount and skills. I don't like my windows and skills covering up the game world...

I can explain any and all of their uses. This is a large pairing down and and not all are used when raiding so I can recieve the best performance.

I really wish you people would learn to re-size images.

Not the best looking, but there's a lot of information that I like to have on the screen without causing a shit tonne of clutter.
